Abstract

Dayah is a familiar name in Aceh for a boarding school. Financial problems have always been an obstacle in carrying out dayah activities, both those related to budgeting, accounting, administrative arrangements, allocation and development needs of dayah as well as in the process of daily activities of dayahs. Not a few dayahs who have both human and natural resources that are not neatly organized, and not a few of the dayah education processes run slowly because of errors in the arrangement of their financial management. Especially for the issue of financial records (accounting), dayah as the partners have been doing this manually. This causes delays in the presentation of information for managers and funders. Therefore, it is necessary to design a Financial Report application (SIATREN) that is in accordance with accounting standards and provide assistance on the use of the application. The purpose of this activity is to create accountability of dayah for its financial report. The methods in carrying out this activities can be in the form of FGDs, interviews, and observations. This community service activity has been carried out for 6 months, since May 2020, and the application preparation stage has begun since May 2020, and has resulted in a financial report application for dayah which issues output in the form of financial reports. Training for partners must be carried out regularly, considering that there are admins/operators who do not have an accounting education background, so they are not familiar with accounting terms, especially for account names.
