Abstract

This community service was carried out at the Aria Barito Banjarmasin Hotel. This community service aims to instill an understanding of the Governance of Village-Owned Enterprise Organizations that are structured and effective to bumdes actors in villages in Tapin Regency. The implementation of effective Organizational Governance is expected to reduce conflicts and improve the performance of Village-Owned Enterprises in tapin regency. The good performance of the Village-Owned Enterprises is expected to increase the economic strength of the villagers in Tapin Regency. The method used in community service is counseling and training related to Organizational Governance in Village-Owned Enterprises. The result of this community service is the increasing understanding of extension and training participants in this community service to the importance of the Implementation of Village-Owned Enterprise Organizations that are structured and effective. Participants managed to understand how to form a good village-owned enterprise organizational structure and how to operate effective communication flows in order to improve the performance of every business owned by village-owned enterprises.
