Pelatihan Manajemen Badan Usaha Milik Gampong Dalam Meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Gampong Bagi Ibu-Ibu PKK di Gampong Doy Kecamatan Ulee Kareng Kota Banda Aceh

Abstract

The main key to management is people because this aspect will significantly determine the success of the village/gampong business. One way to improve the ability of these business managers is to increase the knowledge and skills of the management/business managers through management training. Gampong business entities in their operational management require good managers. BUMG Doy provides goods and food for households, where most (90%) of Gampong Doy residents work as tempe crackers/businesses in agriculture and plantations. This assistance aims to obtain input in efforts to improve the tools and management of BUMG and PKK Gampong Doy, Ulee Kareng District, Banda Aceh City achieve their goals optimally. With the completion of this community service activity, it is hoped that it will further strengthen the relationship and cooperation between BUMG Management and PKK Gampong Doy Management, Ulee Kareng District, Banda Aceh City, with STIM Banda Aceh.
