Abstract

Developing businesses in other fields that are feasible to work on and developing these other businesses requires not only sufficient capital, but also the managerial skills and skills of the managers. This community service is carried out by using an extension approach with the FGD method and technical guidance. Participants are BUMDes leaders and administrators, plus coaches from village administration and community leaders who are observers of BUMDes development. Technical guidance for the managers of BUMDes Maju Jaya is integrative and sustainable. At this point, the strategic management and importance of the BUMDes strategic plan are first introduced. Furthermore, BUMDes managers are expected to understand and be able to implement that in order to run a business properly, a mature, detailed and logical plan is needed. Based on this understanding, BUMDes managers will be motivated to learn and understand that in order to run a business to be successful, strategic management and strategic planning documents are needed as a blueprint for medium and long-term development plans. Making a complete rentsra requires knowledge and other technical skills, which will be provided in the following activities.
