This community engagement program aims to improve the financial literacy and entrepreneurial capacity of patchouli farmers in Geuntet Village through training based on the ILO Financial Education (FE) module. The training used participatory methods, including simulations, case studies, group discussions, and budgeting and financial record-keeping exercises. Evaluation was carried out through pre–post tests, observations, and mentoring to ensure that participants applied the financial practices in daily life. The results show increased knowledge of income management, budgeting, cash flow recording, and debt risk management. Participants began saving regularly, controlling expenses, and documenting transactions more consistently. Mentoring helped address challenges such as limited numeracy skills and minimal supporting facilities. The program effectively strengthened the farmers’ economic independence and supported micro-enterprise development. Future activities are recommended to extend training duration and expand mentoring sessions.
