This community service activity aims to develop an integrated waste management business plan through the BUMG of Ateuk Cut Village, as well as to strengthen institutional capacity and community participation in creating a sustainable and economically valuable waste management system. This activity uses a descriptive qualitative approach with interview methods, group discussions, and field observations to explore the potential and challenges faced by BUMG. The results show that the TPS has been operating with the support of the community and other villages, but is still constrained in terms of waste sorting, dependence on contribution funds, and the use of facilities such as compost machines that have not been running optimally. Through the community service program, the team introduced three business ideas, namely aromatherapy lilies from used cooking oil, handicrafts from plastic waste, and a waste bank system. The community response showed enthusiasm and readiness to start a simple environmentally-based business. This program is the beginning and transformation of understanding that waste is not just waste, but can also be a potential in the economic sector. It is hoped that BUMG can prepare sustainable business plans, utilize existing technology, and strengthen collaboration for future business development.
