Penyaluran Program Bantuan Dana Solidaritas Ummat Korban Terdampak Banjir Berbasis Kebutuhan di Kabupaten Aceh Utara berbasis Filantropi

Abstract

Hydrometeorological flooding in North Aceh Regency has affected the fulfillment of basic needs, particularly among vulnerable groups. This community service program aimed to support flood victims through philanthropy-based aid distribution. The implementation consisted of coordination with Rumah Amal Syiah Kuala University and volunteers, aid sorting based on age groups, distribution through relief posts and village authorities, and monitoring and evaluation. The assistance provided included food packages, proper clothing, hygiene kits, baby supplies, children's food, and other essential items. The results indicate that the philanthropy-based approach improved the accuracy and relevance of aid distribution according to the needs of toddlers, children, adults, and the elderly. The program also strengthened collaboration among social institutions, academics, volunteers, and local communities in disaster response.
