Abstract

Increasing productivity, innovation, and MSME access to marketplaces, industries, and financial institutions can be achieved through digital entrepreneurship training and mentoring. Basic Digital Entrepreneurship Training aims to foster a digital mindset through theory, concepts, practices, and group discussions. Intended for the general public, existing MSMEs, and prospective entrepreneurs, this program prepares superior Human Resources for the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. The training and its Post-Training Mentoring last between 7 and 14 days. This timeframe allows participants to practice independently and consult instructors to deepen their understanding, ensuring mentoring indicators are fully met. Participants included digital and traditional entrepreneurs, prospective business owners, housewives, and the general public from South Sumatra Province. They showed great enthusiasm, hoping to advance to Basic Digital Marketing (Basic 2) training. Prospective entrepreneurs felt motivated to start their businesses, while existing business owners successfully learned to leverage social media, create emails, use Google Maps, and use OSS. Ultimately, 85 percent of participants successfully understood and directly practiced the provided materials.
