Pengelolaan Logistik Qurban 2026 Berbasis Partisipasi Masyarakat Dusun Timur Kopelma Darussalam, Banda Aceh

Abstract

This community service program aimed to describe and evaluate a practical, community-participatory approach to qurban logistics in Dusun Timur, Kopelma Darussalam Village, Banda Aceh City. The program was implemented on 27 May 2026 through planning, participant registration, fundraising, ante-mortem and post-mortem examinations, slaughtering, cutting, packaging, distribution, and financial evaluation. Fourteen cattle and ten goats were declared healthy and fit for consumption. The activity produced 1,257 beef packages and 100 goat-meat packages, distributed to residents and low-income recipients outside the neighborhood.  The findings indicate that task specialization, veterinary support, coupon-based distribution, financial documentation, and mutual cooperation facilitated the logistics flow while strengthening social solidarity. This model is replicable, provided that future programs improve standard operating procedures, animal-handling facilities, beneficiary records, and indicator-based evaluation.
