Penguatan Kapasitas Kepemimpinan, Manajemen, dan Organisasi bagi Generasi Muda di Kota Banda Aceh

Abstract

The younger generation plays a strategic role in development; therefore, they need to possess adequate leadership, management, and organizational capabilities. This community service initiative aims to strengthen these capacities through leadership training for young people in Banda Aceh. Participants included students from Syiah Kuala University and Ar-Raniry State Islamic University. The program employed a participatory approach, featuring material presentations, interactive discussions, case studies, and Q&A sessions. The curriculum covered leadership, management, and organizational concepts. The results demonstrated active participant engagement and an ability to relate the material to their own experiences and organizational challenges. This initiative is expected to help prepare a younger generation capable of providing leadership, managing organizations, and making positive contributions to society.
