Manajemen Pemotongan Hewan Qurban di Mushalla Darul Faizin Gampong Kopelma Darussalam, Banda Aceh

Abstract

Slaughtering sacrificial animals (Qurban) is one of the religious services prescribed in Islam. Implementation of the Eid al-Adha Sacrifice Service 10 Dzulhijjah 1444 AH (2023) at the Darul Faizin Mushalla Gampong Kopelma Darussalam, Banda Aceh, implementing management functions consisting of planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring/evaluating. Planning for holding sacrificial services includes setting targets, goals, and strategies. The sacrificial service was organized by forming a committee consisting of residents of the eastern sector. Implementation of the sacrificial service includes collecting funds and sacrificial animals, procuring sacrificial animals, slaughtering sacrificial animals, and distributing sacrificial animals to beneficiaries. Supervision/evaluation of the implementation of sacrificial services is carried out directly by the sacrificial committee. The result of monitoring/evaluation in the implementation of sacrificial services is the determination of standards for the number of sacrificial animals. The monitoring function in implementing sacrificial services is carried out to ensure that the activities follow the expected planning. This year, Kopelma Darussalam's Sektor Timur slaughtered approximately 18 cows and 9 goats, distributed to beneficiaries around the Sektor Timur.
