Abstract

Moringa oleifera is a tropical plant with exceptionally high nutritional content, including both macro and micronutrients, making it a potential food source for meeting the nutritional needs of communities. All parts of this plant can be utilized, with the leaves being considered the safest for consumption. The use of Moringa in community economic empowerment can significantly contribute to improving well-being, particularly in addressing malnutrition among adults, infants, and young children. This article explores the economic potential of Moringa utilization and examines its implications for community empowerment. Through this approach, Moringa is viewed from a health perspective and as a sustainable economic potential for communities.
