The "Prevent Stunting" initiative through the Movement to Plant Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA) Moringa, Centella, and Mulberry (KPM) and the creation of tempeh fish nuggets were conducted in Gampong Bukloh, Aceh Besar, as an effort to improve family nutrition. Stunting is a serious health issue, particularly in rural areas, due to insufficient nutritional intake. This program leverages local potential by cultivating nutritious plants such as moringa, Centella, and mulberry, rich in essential nutrients, and innovating tempeh fish nuggets as an economical and nutritious food alternative. The methods employed included community outreach, education on the importance of balanced nutrition, and practical training involving residents. The results showed high community participation, increased awareness of utilizing local plants, and the acquisition of new skills in producing high-nutrition food products. This program is expected to serve as a sustainable solution to reduce stunting prevalence and improve the community's well-being in Gampong Bukloh.
