MTs Shafwatul Quran Banda Aceh generates daily organic waste from its boarding school kitchen, particularly fruit peels and vegetables, which had not been optimally utilized. This community service program aimed to strengthen teachers’ and students’ capacity to manage organic waste independently by producing eco-enzyme and formulating eco-enzyme–based eco-friendly soap products. The program was implemented through: (1) awareness sessions on organic waste management and hygiene values; (2) hands-on training on feedstock sorting, chopping, and fermentation using organic waste, sugar, and water; (3) mentoring and monitoring until harvesting; and (4) training on formulation, packaging, and use of hand soap and dishwashing soap derived from eco-enzyme. The results indicate improved knowledge and skills among participants; the madrasah was able to produce eco-enzyme and start making soap for internal use, with potential cost savings for hygiene needs. The program also created opportunities for student entrepreneurship and supported the development of a cleaner and environmentally friendly school culture.
