Penguatan Kapasitas Perangkat Gampong dan Masyarakat melalui Penerapan Fungsi Manajemen di Gampong Meunasah Cot, Lhoong, Aceh Besar

Abstract

This Community Service activity was intended to strengthen the capacity of the village apparatus and the community through the implementation of management functions. The implementation of this activity was carried out in Gampong Meunasah Cot, Lhoong, Aceh Besar. The method used was workshop, lectures, direct practice by lecturers from the Department of Management Economics, Syiah Kuala University. The results obtained in this activity are that the gampong apparatus in Aceh Besar improve services, performance and administrative skills through increasing understanding of the concept of management functions for the management of modern management administration based on human resources, marketing, finance, and operations management.
