Peningkatan Peran Warga Gampong dalam Pemberdayaan Masyarakat untuk Pengembangan Ekonomi Terpadu melalui Implementasi Fungsi-Fungsi Manajemen yang Efektif dan Efisien di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

The theme of this community service activity was improving the integrated economy of gampong communities during the Covid-19 pandemic by implementing a management system in village administration and SMEs in Leupung, Aceh Besar. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to increase the role of village residents in integrated economic development through the implementation of management functions during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This activity was carried out by lecture learning methods, practical activities, and training in the form of workshops guided by lecturers from the Management Department, Faculty of Economics. and Business at Syiah Kuala University. The results obtained such as a better understanding related to the implementation of management functions for gampong residents in Leupung as well as improving management activities in gampong and SME management during the Covid-19 pandemic.
