Penerapan Biosekuriti Pada Kandang Sapi dan Kambing Teaching Farm Fakultas Kedokteran Hewan Universitas Syiah Kuala

Abstract

The objective of this community service activity was to conduct a socialization program on implementing biosecurity concepts for animal caretakers and the team of the experimental/teaching farm unit at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Syiah Kuala University. The methods employed in this activity included socialization, counseling, and direct implementation of biosecurity concepts for animal caretakers and the team of the experimental/teaching farm unit at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Syiah Kuala University. Following the socialization, counseling, and direct application of biosecurity concepts, there has been a change in behavior, as well as an increase in the knowledge and skills of the animal caretakers and the team of the experimental farm/teaching farm unit at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Syiah Kuala University, in implementing biosecurity practices in the cattle and goat pens and livestock.
