Training activities focused on diversifying chayote (Sechium edule) processing into various snack products for PKK mothers in Kota Juang, Bireuen Regency, to enhance the community's capacity in chayote processing. Historically, residents of Kota Juang have limited chayote use to mere vegetables, thereby diminishing its economic potential. The methodologies employed encompass approaches to socio-cultural, religious, health, service quality, and community life. The outcomes indicated high participation among PKK mothers, along with increased knowledge of chayote processing into economically valuable, nutritionally rich products such as takoyaki and candies. It is anticipated that this initiative can serve as a sustainable solution to improve the welfare of the residents of Kota Juang, Bireuen Regency.
