Training activities on processing durian seeds in making dodol and pempek for mothers in Gampong Mane, Mane District, Pidie Regency as an effort to improve the community's ability to process durian seeds. The people of Gampong Mane, Mane District, Pidie Regency only throw away durian seeds, this results in durian seeds having no economic value. The methods used include approaches to socio-cultural aspects of problems, approaches to religious aspects of problems, health aspects of problems, approaches to service quality aspects of problems, approaches to community life issues. The results of the activity show high participation of Gampong Mane mothers, increased knowledge about processing durian seeds into dodol and pempek which have economic value and have high nutrition. It is hoped that this activity can be a sustainable solution in improving the welfare of the people of Gampong Mane, Mane District, Pidie Regency.
